My Love of Film
I've always wondered where peoples' love of movies began. Me personally, I have no clue where my story began. Growing up with just an older brother in the household who wasnt a big fan of me at the time, because honestly what older brothers enjoyed the company of their annoying little brother at all times. So I spent a good chunk of my childhood watching and reading about movies.
Whether it was watching old VHS tapes of Batman Forever and It Takes Two among others with said older brother. Watching movies I wasnt supposed to watch at a young age like Scary Movie and Deep Blue Sea among others with my dad. And my mom? She was definitely my first movie theater partner. We went to the movies every chance we got. Those are some of my favorite memories of watching movies with my family.
But most of my movie viewing was solo.
